Antonio Glenn is an accomplished attorney with a distinguished educational background from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he specialized in Business Law, graduating in 2008. His legal acumen was further recognized through his admission to the Maryland Bar in 2010, the Texas Bar in 2016, as well as being licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 2017 and the United States Tax Court in 2023.
During his tenure at law school, Attorney Glenn gained valuable experience through clerkships at various law firms and the Maryland Public Defender’s office. His expertise extended into the realm of business consultancy in February 2007 with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), where he provided strategic guidance to executives navigating the challenges of the housing market downturn from 2008-2011. After serving at the NAHB until March 2012, he established The Law Office of Antonio M. Glenn, LLC, which has evolved into AMG Counsel, PLLC a renowned practice specializing in business law, estate planning, and tax audit representation. Based in Maryland and Texas, AMG Counsel is lauded for its commitment to delivering exceptional and cost-effective legal services, fostering long-term client relationships anchored in trust and dependability.
An active member of the legal community, Attorney Glenn contributes to the State Bar of Texas Estate Planning Section, Collin County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association Business Law and Estate Planning Section. He is currently expanding his qualifications by studying for the Virginia Bar exam and pursuing certification as an Enrolled Agent.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Attorney Glenn dedicates time to pro bono work, offering estate planning and probate services through Wills for Heroes and the Dallas Volunteer Assistance Program. As the current Principal at AMG Counsel, Antonio advises and advocates for clients across areas of specialty that span estate and probate planning, strategic succession planning, business and financial growth, and special needs trusts, among many others. He is also a trusted advisor in business matters pertaining to risk mitigation, workflow and process analysis, profit maximization, and end to end operational project management.
Prior to opening his own practice, Antonio spent eight years with the National Association of Home Builders in DC, where he served as the organization’s senior advisor for all matters related to financial and legal issues, vendor contract negotiations, and monitoring congressional activities that would impact NAHB members, and their businesses. In previous roles, Antonio worked in high level risk mitigation for CSRA, a leading provider of IT services to the US Department of Defense, as Corporate Counsel for the US Small Business Administration in Dallas, and as a senior manager for the American Heart Association. He also has diverse experience as a program and research analyst, prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor, and his subsequent transition into the legal field.
Antonio is a graduate of the University of Dayton Law School and the University of Maryland, and he is licensed to practice law in Texas, Maryland, and before the United States Supreme Court.
