I am the owner and managing attorney at Naser Immigration Law, a "virtual" law firm that I launched in November of 2022. My practice focuses on federal court immigration litigation.
I started my career as an immigration lawyer in Dallas, TX, where I worked at a nonprofit civil rights litigation firm that focused on representing Muslims in America. I was involved in numerous federal court litigation cases implicating a wide range of legal issues, including immigration, civil rights, and constitutional law.
I then entered the private sector and joined a large immigration law firm focusing on business and employment immigration. My clients were mostly large technology companies seeking to hire and retain immigrant talent. I filed hundreds of nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1Bs, TN, E3, and L1), and assisted dozens of immigrant families navigate the employment based green card immigration process.
I then went on to work with a nationally-recognized immigration firm, led by one of the nation's top immigration litigators. I worked on many different types of immigration cases, including family-based immigration, business immigration, investment immigration, deportation, and, my favorite, federal litigation. I also shifted my employment-immigration practice to represent small businesses and self-petitioners. My clients included scientists, professors, artists, coaches, athletes, musicians, private schools, and a racecar team. I also successfully represented clients in immigration court and before USCIS.
I was actively involved the firm's nationwide immigration litigation efforts. I was a part of many COVID-related delay lawsuits against USCIS and the State Department, which involved hundreds of Plaintiffs per case. I also represented a group of over 500 individuals who sued USCIS over the unlawfulness of the H-1B registration and selection process. All in all, I have sued USCIS and the State Department dozens of times.
I am a proud Palestinian-American, and I have experience dealing with the unique and complex issues that many Arabs and Muslims face in the immigration process.
I am ready to put my years of experience to work for you through your immigration journey
